Dean Koontz, author of dozens of popular novels including 11 #1 New York Times bestsellers, delighted fans with a rare appearance at CCI in Oceanside, California. More than 500 people spent their afternoon at CCI’s Dean, Gerda and Trixie Koontz Campus to hear Dean speak, answer questions, and have their books autographed by the world-famous author. Dean generously signed more than 1,000 books over the course of seven hours! He even chatted with each person while he wrote and posed for pictures to commemorate the special occasion!

Dean and his wife, Gerda, have been involved with CCI since the late 1980s, and have donated in excess of $4.5 million over the years. Trixie, prior to becoming the Koontz' beloved pet, was a CCI Service Dog.
