Ride for CCI
Ride for CCI

CCI volunteer, Bruce Ross, puts his distance cycling hobby to work for CCI. In 2009, Bruce rode over 300 miles from Southern California to Las Vegas, Nevada to raise funds for CCI. If you'd like to support Bruce's Las Vegas Ride for CCI, click here.

Last year, Bruce successfully finished his 700 mile Ride for CCI! The Ride for CCI began in Santa Rosa, California following the CCI Northwest graduation ceremony on May 17th and concluded at the CCI Southwest graduation ceremony on May 31st in Oceanside, California. The purpose of Bruce's journey was to raise awareness and funds for CCI to help provide assistance dogs to people with disabilities. The Ride was a success: it raised $7,000 for the cause, garnered media attention, and Bruce even accepted a letter of appreciation from the Office of the First Lady, Maria Shriver.

Thank you to everyone who supported the Ride for CCI, and thank you, Bruce, for your extraordinary efforts!
