Canine Companions for Independence relies on an incredible network of volunteer puppy raisers, without whom we could not exist. These generous individuals open their hearts and homes to our two-month-old Labrador and Golden Retriever puppies. Over the course of 14-16 months they provide basic training, socialization, and a lot of love.
