 Applying for a Canine Companions assistance dog is a multi-step process. Learn what the training experience will be like, read our admission FAQ's and learn more about the application process. You can then complete an application request form online. An applicant coordinator from your nearest Regional Training Center will review your application and determine if, and what type of, an assistance dog best suits your needs. Selected applicants will be invited to attend a two-week Team Training course at the nearest regional training center. |
