Dana and her family love being a part of Canine Companions. Dana truly believes in the important mission to improve the lives and freedom of people with disabilities by giving them highly skilled assistance dogs, and has she has made many great friends who share the same values and enjoyment of volunteering.

She has also spent time as a kennel volunteer, speaking to various organizations, making many Team Training lunches and took the role of Chairperson for Celebrity Chef/ Bone Appetite.
